Youth & Young Adult Wellness
We support teens, young adults, and transitional-age youth with restorative practices that build emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, belonging, and self-leadership.
The Warrior Sanctuary has reached thousands through restorative wellness experiences, retreats, breathwork, sound, movement, land-based learning, and community partnerships. Now, we are expanding this work for youth, young adults, and communities navigating systemic barriers to care.
From youth programming to international retreats, The Warrior Sanctuary has grown a community wellness ecosystem rooted in access, restoration, cultural connection, and reciprocity.
We support teens, young adults, and transitional-age youth with restorative practices that build emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, belonging, and self-leadership.
We create spaces for breathwork, meditation, sound, movement, reflection, and healing-centered gathering.
We offer immersive experiences that reconnect people with land, culture, ancestral wisdom, and regenerative ways of living.
We partner with aligned organizations to bring restorative wellness into community spaces, schools, festivals, retreats, and mobile wellness experiences.
What began as a community sanctuary has grown into a wellness ecosystem reaching thousands through retreats, workshops, breathwork, meditation, sound, movement, mobile wellness pop-ups, land-based learning, and strategic partnerships.
Our work has moved through New York, Atlanta, Austin, Denver, Los Angeles, Ecuador, Costa Rica, and Egypt — creating local roots, global learning, and community-centered care.
Today, we are translating that experience into a more focused community-based wellness model, with dedicated pathways for youth and young adults navigating systemic barriers, while continuing to serve adults, families, practitioners, and communities seeking healing through restorative wellness practices.

We partner with communities to understand what support is needed, co-create restorative experiences, and help wellness practices take root beyond a single event.
We begin by listening to the needs, rhythms, hopes, and realities of the community we are invited to serve.
We co-create experiences that meet people where they are, using restorative practices that support healing, belonging, and self-leadership.
We leave behind more than a moment — sharing tools, strengthening relationships, and helping wellness practices continue in community.
Community organizations, healing networks, and stewards of the land in the United States and Ecuador — the work only exists because partners open their doors and their trust.
