Land-Based Wellness
Time in nature becomes part of the practice — supporting rest, reflection, embodiment, and a deeper connection to the living world.
We co-host retreats in the U.S., at Amaroo Sanctuary in Ecuador, and with aligned partners internationally.
Our collaborations support facilitators, organizations, and communities creating meaningful experiences in restorative wellness, cultural connection, land-based learning, and transformation.
Each retreat is shaped with care — rooted in safety, reciprocity, respect for place, and the belief that retreat spaces can become true turning points.
The Warrior Sanctuary is the land steward of Amaroo Sanctuary, our international learning and retreat site — a living laboratory for regenerative wellness, facilitator development, land stewardship, and deeper immersion, located in Mindo, Ecuador.

Time in nature becomes part of the practice — supporting rest, reflection, embodiment, and a deeper connection to the living world.
Participants learn with local stewards, facilitators, and lineage-holders who carry practices rooted in land, culture, healing, and community.
Our retreats are designed around reciprocity — supporting local partnerships, sustainable living, cultural exchange, and community wellness beyond the retreat itself.

Everything at Amaroo happens in reciprocity with the communities and lineage-holders of the land. Nothing is staged for visitors. You are a guest inside something real — and that is exactly why it works.
Retreats are intentionally small. Tell us who you are and what you’re carrying — we’ll take it from there.
